OBTAINING YOUR DIGITAL CERTIFICATE / INTERNET EXPLORER

IV. Special Instructions for IE 7 Users

  1. There are two additional steps you will need to perform if you are using IE 7. Before you request your digital certificate, you will need to disable your pop-up blocker. This can be found under the browser Tools menu.




  2. On the Customer Services page, when you click Request (Part I, step 5) you will see a yellow bar appear at the top of the browser. Click on the bar and select Run ActiveX Control



  3. You will see the following message:
